Room service was overpriced take out with cardboard boxes and plastic utensils. I ordered a steak and was not given any proper eating utensils to eat with. Go downstairs to the restaurant instead of ordering room service.

The hotel was well maintained, nicely updated and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful hotel, close to downtown...
Positives:
We liked the location, as the hotel was close to the place where we attended events. We did not like that breakfast was not included, given the prize. We also remained perplexed when only one of our towels in the bathroom was changed (there was no need to change either one; however, if one changes them, it makes sense to change both of them). All in all, it was a good stay, but not as good as the prize would suggest.

It is not up to the charged prize. I don't care much for the frames on the walls, but the decor seemed to lack some organization or rationale
