The lady at the front desk was an absolute gem. She upgraded our room & offered us a free continental breakfast for my boyfriends 40th birthday. The room was so nice and the food/drinks were excellent. Oh & the hotels signature scent is intoxicating.

Property is beautiful, clean & smelled nice. Surprisingly quiet rooms for in the city. Room service for breakfast was fantastic. All of the staff we dealt with from valet to front desk to bar tenders were super friendly.
Negatives:
The halls were blazing hot to get to our room. Our room was also hot. Luckily it allowed us to lower the temp but felt like it took a long time to cool off enough for us to get sleep.
