The staff was so nice and helpful, loved the room we stayed in . The tv wasnt working in the beginning, but the last at the desk was quick to come find out th e issue and had someone come to fix it, where it had been I hooked from the back , hock fix

Negatives:
By the pool, there is a random screw sticking up by the ladder. There were several kids, including mine, that were at risk of falling and hurting themselves.

My son fell and busted his chin open on a screw. I had to rush him to the emergency room, where he had to have 5 stitch
