The location amidst everything is great

We have stayed here a few times but it has been about 3 years. The carpet was very dirty, the upkeep of the bathroom was bad. It doenst seem to be any concern to replace carpets that are brown and stained. It was disappointing bc it used to be alot more well kept

Located close to all main attractions. It doesn’t seems like it looking at the map, but very easy to go to downtown and Austin main attractions from the hotel.

Housekeeping is every 4 days. However they do change towels and trash every day.

I was in a room that was on the fourth floor and overlooking the highway. It was so loud I had earplugs and two pillows on either side of my head and could still hear the traffic very loud and the vibration of the motors below. I had one of the worst sleeps of my life, I’ve never been in such a loud hotel room with zero protection from the massive highway below

When we first got there there wasn’t anybody at the front desk for a while then also there was a bug in the room on the wall. My toilet water kept raising and raising so I had to get put into another room. With also limited food for breakfast.

Everything was fine. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was efficient. Breakfast was very good. We will stay here again the next time we are in town.

No tv channel directory was given. Our shower head was broken, there was pet hair on the couch, we were supposed to be given a pair of slippers and they weren’t included in our room.
