Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Water pressure in shower was good and property mostly quiet.

Room was DINGY and not well taken care of. Floors were gross and sticky all over the room. People smoking weed right outside back door entrance. Furniture placement in room not optimal for comfort. Room as a whole just old, not up kept, and dirty. We will never stay here again.

leaving was the best. the 3rd floor smelled. we stayed for just an hr and ppl on the same floor where yelling at eachother. the lights in the room didn't qork the tv remotes ... on for two tvs didn't work the wifi wasn't working at all and it felt so hot

the staff was OK. very non chalant fellow that was literally only there for a moment. we waited for 10 mins before we decided to leave. since no one showed up to check us out we left the key at the desk. it felt scary to stay here for the one hr we did.

The room was very dirty. The trash was never taken out and was completely full in the kitchen. There were also quite a few old dirty towels under the kitchen sink as well. There was a dead cockroach in the tub and I killed a live one in the kitchen. The room was very old and in need of repairs. There were only a few towels left and no toiletries other than a small bar of packaged cheap soap.

My reservation was booked & paid almost month in advance. On here it stated suited came with pull out couch, pots & pans. Once we arrived we had to hunt down front desk person who was outside smoking weed. Once we got in room we notice dried up blood on walls & curtains. When we pulled out the sofa bed the mattress had no sheets no blankets. It was soaked in blood with bullet holes. There was multiple bullet holes in the walls. No pots no pans. No shower curtain. Heat did not work. When I went to inform front desk it was a bad built black girl with nappy braids. After I told her and asked for blankets & new room she walked off laughing into back room. When she came out I informed her there was nothing funny about it. She got attitude & loud like im not from Dallas. Then another female & male came out the back room. Talking about I can check out if room is not to liking then told me I was nasty for checking in. They never offered to give me my money back. So I walked off. Do not stay at that hotel. It is ghetto dirty and stank. Employees are rude with no work ethics. I was there for SXSW. I am going to make sure that next year they do not see a dime from that festival.

Not much, it was very run down and dark. The staff left after 12:15 am. No one would answer the phone or front desk. The remote control had only one battery in it so we couldn't watch t.v. once we told the manager in the morning she accused us of being liars and argued with us and wouldn't do anything to help. She was very rude.

Everything, it's just a cheap motel. With a bunch of homeless people living there. The staff is rude and the price wasn't worth it.

Great price for a suite. Bed was clean and there were 2 smart tvs available. Kitchen seemd decent for a temporary stay. Keep in mind I was only there for one evening. The rooms were spacious and the property was quiet at night.
Negatives:
Hallways had outdated carpet. The remote on the TV in the living room had buttons that didn't work, preventing me from pressing OK to pull up apps, tv guide, etc. The bathroom amenities were subpar. I suppose if I was going to live there for an extended stay, I would supply my own, but for one night, I've seen far better at higher level star hotels for the same rate or less. Overall, the room was dingy. The kitchen table was dirty. The paint on the walls seemed drab, same as the curtains. The AC unit in the bedroom did not function properly (I could not lower AC below 74 or change fan speed). The location was seedy at best with what can only be described as "crack heads" wandering around on their phones, smoking cigarettes in the parking lot. I honestly did not feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot over night considering I am currently holding most of my wardrobe and valuables in it. Although the receptionist was adequate and new exactly how to retrieve my reservation and check me in, he lacked personality and professional etiquette (casually tossing my ID on the table instead of handing it back to me, zero eye contact or warm welcome, did not mention wifi until I inquired or mention when breakfast began and ended). Lastly, the free wifi was hardly usable.
