The schetcy neighborhood it was in & the schetcy people that hung around! Also I was charged a $50 deposit, after I had booked the room. This was done at check in.

The price was the best part, especially since I wasn't able to stay the full time, I didn't get the breakfast. The staff was great very helpful, and I feel they did their best for me. There are various ongoing renovations which impact some services.

The TV had some problem with its service... I was able to use it, once I realized there was a problem with the remote. Some buttons on the remote didn't work, but others did. Everything else was just lovely.

I didnt appreciate the staff trying to charge me $50 incidental fees upon check in. And I was supposed to just trust what it was for. The room was FILTHY, lights didnt work, a/c nearly didnt keep up. They didnt offer a military discount. I have pictures of most of filth including my 4 year olds feet from just walking around the room! I hope Im able to upload here!

The front desk staff was the only good thing about the entire property.
Negatives:
Rooms were filthy. Water damage and bad smell from carpets, refrigerator in first room didnt work, door card reader on second room didnt work. Ceiling in bathroom falling down and a bug under the sheets. Cat walks were littered. Pool closed too.
