Superb
Positives:
The inn was in a great location, just a short walk away from Jasper. There was plenty of parking available. Room was ok, just a bit dated but it was clean. Nice balcony overlooking the mountains. Swimming pool was available for use. Staff at front desk were friendly and attentive. It

Overall the property was a bit dated and could do with some renovations. You can tell they have put effort into their rooms to make better but the pool and bathrooms need some attention.

Tonquin is nice because it's got the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. The showers have nice pressure and flow, and it was easy to find parking near the room. Overall it was a comfortable stay.
Negatives:
The rooms are pretty basic. There were no glasses or mugs to use in the room during our stay - only takeaway coffee cups, no microwave (however they did say they'd bring one upon request), just very minimal.

Bed was comfy, repainted room nice. The bathroom area stunk like garlic - perhaps from the kitchenette area.
Negatives:
All three of our bathing suits - my 2 daughters' and mine (all our favorites and expensive as one knows how expensive women's bathing suits are!) are ruined because of your hot tub. My $140 bathing suit for example is not black anymore, it's brown and bleached everywhere! It cannot be worn ever again. My daughter's two-piece of $90 has all her color bleached out so there is no contract anymore. It looks horrible. My other daughter's two piece is not white and brown but bleached out in patches. This is crazy. Nearly $300 going in the garbage due to the out door hot tubs. Unacceptable.
