Positives:
The bed was the best aspect of the trip. It was very comfortable. Everything else wasn't so great.
Negatives:
Parking was non-existent. The garage is being renovated. Fine but you need to tell people so they can make arrangements. Renovations throughout the hotel. Again, fine, but tell people. Brown, mucky water from the taps, lots of things broken/not working properly in the room. Had to switch to a new room. Staff didn't give us clear directions on how to access our floor, so we wound up wandering around the business floor and looking for stairs. Worst was no mineral pool access. We were told to book at the front desk upon arrival, but front desk said they don't take reservations on the weekend. Poor communication.

The parking was terrible, the beds were the worst I have ever slept on, and the temp control in the room didn’t work so we had no control

beds were tiny and very uncomfortable. the floors in the hallways and lobby were always dirty. one of the front desk staff came out of the back (after me waiting for about ten minutes for him to stop talking to another staff member) while tucking in his shirt with his hands down his pants. completely unprofessional. the rest of the staff were awesome though!
