Positives:
This hotel was in the heart of the city. Within walking distance to most major attractions, Union Station, Roger Center, Aquarium, CN Tower and Scotiabank Arena. The staff was top notch. Concierge has everything you need from tours to restaurants.

Extremely long corridors. It may take you 10 mins of walking just to get from your room to the elevators (depending on which room you end up).

Location!!!! Bed! The valet service was great!
Negatives:
We didn't have hot water until the second day, didn't have time to complain as we had to go out. If you want to use the spa, gym or pool you have to go on an adventure to find it. When we finally did it was dirty. Hair on the ground, towels everywhere. It's not supervised so anything goes I guess? Only swam for about 10 minutes because we felt dirty in the pool. Disappointing to my daughter. The food in the restaurant was good, VERY overpriced and the service was quite bad. We were given dirty plates initially and then the server laughed and asked if we wanted new ones. We were barely checked on in regards to the food and drinks. Not great customer service.
I dropped over $600 to show my youngest a really fun time in a nice hotel down town and we were so disappointed with this hotel overall. I saved for 2 months to be able to even do this (single mom of 3).
I unfortunately wouldn't stay here again.
