The location is fantastic. This hotel should play up the fact that it is so very close to campus for graduations, etc. if it doesn't already. Spacious parking lots, easy to navigate to room for loading and unloading. Rooms were overall comfortable and very quiet. It is great when you cannot hear any conversation/TV from a neighboring room.
Negatives:
1) The exit door on first floor cannot be accessed from the outside. It would not read the key card. It's very inconvenient to be forced to come through the front door each time when one's room is right beside the exit. 2) There was a leak in the cabinet beneath the sink which damaged the new roll of paper towels in our suite. (Rm 102) 3) The hand soap was out in our bathroom. 4) The beds were incredibly hard. I know hotels cannot provide the same level of comfort as "home" but these beds were ridiculously hard. None of us slept well. The pillows were the best thing about the bed. 5) Overall, we would stay here again, but we would need to bring a bed topper or get extra blankets to give the beds some padding. 6) Disappointing that this is an IHG hotel but no breakfast was served. For families attending graduation, this would have been very helpful, but I can see how providing it would be costly as well.

The room was comfortable and the kitchenette was great.

We were traveling to bury both of my parents and we get to the hotel and our reservations were all messed up. The clerk was very nice and called a manager because we were able to show her our reservation confirmation. We had 5 rooms and she was able to get us booked in available rooms, although they were not what we originally booked. We needed rooms for 3 nights. She called a manager, who was of no help. In addition, we made the bookings on Booking.com and the clerk said none of the reservations in the computer were from a third party vendor. It was crazy and added stress to an already stressful tome for us.
