the disrespectful casisher, they where playing didnt care about the customers that was standing in front of them trying to get check in. they were very unprofessional. no training skills at all. i started to find another hotel.

This has got to rate as one of the most pitiful hotel experiences I have ever had. I phone the hotel to let them know I would be arriving late and the said no problem. When I arrived at 12:20 am they had cancelled my reservation. I2 week later no refund.

They showed us four different rooms. None of them were cleaned. Some still had trash, leftover pizza boxes, potato chips in the bed sheets, and stains on the bed sheets. Two of them didnt even have he bed made up. After 4 attempts at getting a clean room we requested a refund and went somewhere else. Now customer service is refusing the refund. Wort hotel experience of my life by far.
