Negatives: Nothing!

Negatives: The fact that I booked a room with hot tub in it and wasn’t given that room

Negatives: Even though it was a :"non smoking room" it smelled like a smoking room Didn't provide breakfast as indicated on booking

Negatives: Sink was wet and had soggy, dirty tissues on the counter. Water puddle on the floor under the sink. Stains in tub. Very loud location. Key card kept glitching so got it replaced twice. Door lock had been kicked in, mold on ceiling, No Tv remote, no number list to call.

Negatives: Needed better cleaning,

Negatives: the didn’t require my ID when I booked. someone tried to enter my room while I was sleeping even though I told them the room was occupied. I left a one point snd they still entered the room and called themselves cleaning the bathroom but didn’t make the bed? very confused by the reason they even entered as it was late in the day and I was staying multiple nights. they charged me extra for the stay despite going through booking.com they had long term tenants staying on the property. upon entering the room there was a roach in my bathroom. it appeared they tried to update the place but there were holes and unfinished patch jobs on the wall. I also was freezing due to obly have a thin sheet and an even thinner Sherpa style “blanket” on my bed.

Negatives: cleanliness. lots of roaches everywhere. it’s nasty. even the restroom restroom has no exhaust.
