There were no bottom floor rooms like I booked (king suite). Previous posts were right about that- but they do not exist on the bottom floor. We were placed on the 2nd floor which was fine with us.

**Pet Friendly** Staff was SO hospitable! First room had odor issues, but they graciously switched our room and we were very comfortable!

Clean, comfortable, new, excellent facilities. The breakfast was very well supplied, and everything was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating our needs. The hotel is in a great location and very easy to find.
Negatives:
The pet fee is something I always struggle with because my dog is exceptionally well-behaved and trained, sleeps on the floor, and does not chew or do anything weird. Hotels charge per day for a pet, adding too much to the daily rate. I would rather have a lump sum fee (but honest and fair!) that does not increase the overall amount too much

Elevator floor was sticky and a pending charge was charged twice. He knew it happened and when I questioned him he gave me his business card. It did fall off though.

I told him about a bag of pee that was in that parking lot he went out and looked but didn't remove it it was still laying there the next morning.

The property in the location were nice, but it wasn’t what I booked. I will explain more in the other box.
Negatives:
In the reservation, it was for a king size bed on the ground floor with access to the pool. When I got there, I was told it was on the fourth floor and the pool wasn’t available and when I looked at the building, there was no access to the pool whatsoever from, any of the beds that would’ve been next to the pool. Now I don’t mind still having a king size bed and it was really neat having two TVs for one person to watch however they could’ve been a little bit more accurate and their description.
