Attendant kindly swapped our room from king to two queen accommodations.

The room floors were filthy. we had a mysterious brown substance on the coverlet. The bathroom looked as if it had not been deep cleaned in months. The walls were dirty with hand prints and smudge marks in the bedroom area. Continental breakfast: inedible

Pictures are very outdated. Dont waste money. Rooms smell first room they gave us was never cleaned from the last people. They dont put any money into up keep. Just stay away pay the extra 30 or 40 a night to stay in quality.

I liked the price, the staff, the easy check in and their flexibility, housekeeping and clean towels in my room every day, and no bed bugs in my room!
Negatives:
Breakfast hours could be more accommodating. 6a to 9a is not very accommodating for the weekends. 7 to 10 would be more accommodating. The entire hotel had a musty smell and my room was directly in front of a light, and was not thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. There was someone else's water bottle under the bed. (Found it when checking for bedbugs) and something dark brown and sticky stuck on the desk.

The bed and sheets were very soft and comfortable

Dirty floors. Stains everywhere. Bathroom door didnt close. Very musty smell

The staff was horrid. Had people in the room above us that sounded like horses stomping around and when reported the staff was unwilling to do anything to make our stay any better.

Management was rude, and the room and linens were not clean. There was blood on my linens that wasn't mine, found that 2 times with new bedding. The manager was pushy and rude and called me a liar.
