Queen room was suppose to be king. Had to get that changed. Ate in dining room, had to ask for our check three times. Coffee was out for breakfast. For the price and extra for parking, this wouldnt be my choice next trip.

The staff were terrific and the room was very clean. It was super close to our convention and we were able to take the skyway to the convention center.
Negatives:
There were renovations going on so it was a bit loud, and since our room was recently renovated the mattress was hard as a rock.
