Negatives: There was NO breakfast served on the 20th. i was disappointed by this.

Negatives: The first room smelled like milde.The room refrigerator didn't work, the hotel icemaker didn't work. The "free breakfast" was a joke. They were 2 muffins and 2 bananas when I went down. Out of coffee. People loitering outside made us feel unsafe.

Negatives: Everything, the smoke alarm beeped all night.. it's in the middle of meth land.. people knock on your door all night, . Filthy location, filthy basic room.. tv was nothing but static.. horrible.. we ended up leaving and loosing money

Negatives: The front desk was clean. That was the end of the cleanliness. The toilet paper holder fell out of the wall and it was evident that this is something the staff would notice. When we first went into the room we noticed it smelled horrible.

Negatives: We were given towels and a hand towel but no washcloths. Tub didn't have a plug, had to ask for washcloths to use as a plug. Bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were almost flat. Breakfast was almost nonexistent. Ice machine did not work.

Negatives: Dirty towels and Dirty beds elevator don't work bad place

Negatives: Staff, cleanliness, they don't provide toilet paper, clean sheets, towels or blankets....it was 17 degrees outside. The breakfast was old bread only. No coffee either.

Negatives: Bedbugs, stains on the walls and floor and sheets bathroom door that wouldnt close. No lights in the bathroom. Dirty and smelly. No blankets on the bed only sheets. Lights that didnt work in the room and that had stained lampshades.

Negatives: Room was not clean. Listed as a suite but had no fridge,no coffee pot,no trash can. We had to crawl under the desk to plug in the TV. Bedding had an odor of urine. Room had an odor of vomit. Next morning breakfast was ridiculous. No coffee,no orange juice

Negatives: Air filters are always nasty, rooms are molded, bad air quality, always charged deposits and having to wait a long time to get it back. About to start going somewhere else where I dont have to pay deposit every other night. Thanks

Negatives: Housekeeping would take towels and washcloths and wouldn't leave any. Go to the lobby to get some, and they wouldn't have any or have limited amout.

Negatives: Everything. They are running a criminal operation. People complain about a room they don't give them back the money for refunds. But then they rent that same room out to somebody else. And that person complains and then go through the same cycle. They have rooms where they don't have any television going on whatsoever they keep online saying that it's just a mistake right now. The first one they put me into if he went all out the door because the door was jammed had to go up there and shove it open. But then once the guy left. I couldn't get the door to shut. And then if I really really tried I could get it shut but almost broke it. But then leaving my kids inside my kids were not able to get outside. They were stuck inside and for the whole night we were never secure because it never actually shot full it just jam. And it never locked. However I brought that up to the staff members I also didn't have any towels. They didn't give me whatsoever. Face clock towel. And two bathing towels. There was three of us but it was for four people. my microwaved in work. It couldn't do nothing cuz all the rooms were full that night. So the next day they shipped me until another room right away from the cleaning room and put me in that room. The room they put me in the TV didn't work also the door had problems but it was nice everywhere and almost caught my child on fire. The staff members there especially the evening staff member which is an Indian guy I'm not too sure he's not the owner but relative cuz he actually lives there. He was absolutely rude. I was explaining to him that we were paying for a luxury we pay for this luxury that luxury that luxury listing out all the different things that they were not providing. He told me if I wanted luxury I need to go across the street to Holiday inn. This is a Wyndham property running by Days inn also. Ask for the manager they said it wasn't a manager being the next day.

Negatives: Shower head barely put out water Tv, was analog, couldnt watch it at all Pool was disgusting to look at,
