We waited 2 hours to check in because they only had 1 housekeeper. Breakfast was late . Short staffed was their reason. We paid top dollar maybe they should pay staff more in an effort to keep them.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable for long stays. The highway noise was really bad. Also, the hotel should consider replacing the carpet with luxury vinyl flooring.

The road noise was bad for me but other family members say that they were not as affected.

The staff were very nice, breakfast was awesome and a secure location.
Negatives:
The only con was the front elevator wasn't working but they did have a second one so you didn't have to use the stairs.
