The faucet leaked everywhere and the do not disturb sign means nothing to housekeepers. Where it says check out at noon on the site is incorrect evidently its 11:00 am. The sidewalk outside the hotel is the neighborhood outhouse.

The close proximity to downtown.
Negatives:
1. The chair leg broke and my husband injured his hand when he tried to catch himself from falling. We reported the broken chair leg & they simply propped the leg under the corner of the chair.
2. There was no fridge in the room.
3. There was a lot of confusion from the staff when we ask for a cab to the train station.
4. We could not regulate the air & it stayed too warm in room #1403.
