Negatives: Rooms could be cleaned more efficiently. Room wasnt vacuumed, crumbs in and under couches. White stuff on couches. Pool should be cleaned regularly, pool bathroom floor was very dirty.

Positives: The room was nice and the hotel is in a great location.
Negatives: They didnt clean the room. After I was told that they were coming , making time , leaving a comfortable stay. 5 days and they cant clean the room once before the next 5? Terrible service. No towels, out of toilet paper. It is 7:15 in the evening and my room was never touched.

Positives: We have stayed here before and really like the rooms and the staff are always friendly and happy to help.
Negatives: The prices were extortionate for the time of year, same as other Anchorage hotels. The breakfast needs to run longer than 9am as items ran out quickly and people had to make do with mixing what was left - one person could only get eggs and strawberries.

Positives: The night manager did ultimately find us an accommodation after midnight on the night we arrived.
Negatives: We never stayed there, because even though we notified them that out flight was delayed and were assured that our room was going to be held, there was no room when we arrived. We were sent to another Hilton property, and were told that there was no room since we booked for two nights. We were sent to a third Hilton property and were accommodated at 1 a.m. We were still charged the original rate which was inflated due to high season.
