The coffee in the morning tastes like it was filter through a dirty gym sock. Awful coffee! Spend a little extra and buy qualitybuying local would be even better. As new as the property is, Im surprised there are no USB connections. Updated lamps could solve that.

Negatives:
What bothered me were three things. The cleanliness of the room was in question in part because of the dim lighting. The TV remote wasn't cleaned as I see in other hotels. Also, the rip in the sofa seat, that is not a nice thing to see. Couldn't that have been removed?

We were greeted with a friendly welcome and checked in with an upgrade. Our room was well appointed and was in a decent working order.
The breakfast was good and had plenty of variety and staff were always helpful and efficient.
Negatives:
The room was clearly in need of a few repairs but nothing major that really affected our stay.
