The waitress in your restaurant was fantastic, and the food delicious.
Negatives:
It was uncomfortable, strange, and unprofessional that we were unable to get keys for our room, the system was broken, and to get into our room or anywhere that required a key, we had to find a staff member to escort us with their key. This lead to us having to prove to each escort who we were, which they then had to look up before we could be escorted to our room. We will never be staying here again!
