Positives:
Staff, room it self and parking. Your staff were all very good, but Brianna (Bree) and Jose were exceptional. I don't know what your Mission statement is, but I would suggest you use Brianna as your spokes person. She was very attentive and even brought us Kleenex to our room even though she was working the front desk. She looked up things for us and was always attentive.
Negatives:
Well, I love dogs, but I was somewhat upset that there were people with dogs and they made noise at times during the night. I also feel that with the possibility of getting fleas in our room, I'm not real happy with that. I know you probably don't fumigate after their stays. I think there should be a different building or at least a floor for people with pets. I know you provide ear plugs, but I don't think people should have to wear them due to peoples pets, plus it's hard to hear the alarm with ear plugs in.

They changed room to one bed and we needed two beds. Front desk staff didn’t know how to adjust reservation to original booking or offer any discount for change. Breakfast had run out of various supplies and items.

Take better care when you are near a major freeway to make sure you have better sound barrier services sound black out curtains or anything I barely slept . Plus your ac unit is loud too . I hope I can get some kind of discount for a next stay or the problems get solved .
