About This Property
Located 30 minutes from downtown Phenix, Arizona and 15 minutes from Firebird International Speedway, this hotel features an outdoor pool and a hot tub. Free WiFi is offered. Hyatt Place Phenix Chandler - Fashion Center offers suites equipped with a cable TV and a refrigerator. A work desk and sofa bed are also provided. A fitness center and a business center are located on site. Free parking is available. Chandler Fashion Center is a 5-minutes' walk from the property. Phenix Sky Harbor International Airport is 30-minute drive from the hotel. In pursuit of maintaining our high standards, we will be undergoing renovations throughout our common areas starting November 1st, 2022 with anticipation of completion of January 7th, 2023. Work will be performed weekdays from 9am-5pm, with limited disruption to our amenities offered.

Staff was great and very welcoming. Loved the location, access to lots of things like the mall, movie theater and much more.

First room I was put in, the bathroom light didn’t work, they put me in another room but room was dusty, the bed, floor and couch creaked quite a bit. Def a pretty outdated hotel.

Staff was very pleasant. Room was very clean and comfortable. Cleaning crew did a fantastic job. I liked that my son could bring his dog to visit.stayed an extra day.

Location. Suite style layout of the room. The bathroom and shower were awesome. Comfy bed with comfy pillows.lots of charging options. Breakfast was overcrowded and mediocre.

I could clearly hear next door when they talked and when leaving the room because the doors slam themselves, no matter what you do to be quiet.window shades covered 75% of the window so I'm sure people from the pool could see in. There's no microwave?!

The lobby, was beautiful, breakfast facilities were spotless and food was really good.
Negatives:
The floors were dirty in our room. We wore flip flops because of this. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows are weird hard things. The sofa was broken or severely sagging. No usb charging ports on the desk in the front room area. A sink in the living room area would be great.
