Apparently I was told booking dot com was supposed to call me and inform me that the boiler had broke and no hot water was available. Did not receive a phone call and had to book a room at another hotel.

Staff are friendly. Buffet hot breakfast is sufficient. Room has all the amenities as advertised. Pool and hot tub was loved by our daughter.
