Motel 6-Douglas AZ

Negatives: I had a double bed room, one of the beds had a big black spot on the top cover. The bathroom around 3:30am had roaches on the floor it was disgusting. I have pictures of everything.

Negatives: We had room for 4. Very crowded. Looked like they put second bed in a regular room. Floor could have been cleaner but rest was good

Negatives: There is a $40 cash only deposit. I had to walk to the gas station to use the ATM because they only take cash and I couldnt use my debit or credit card for the deposit. I was given a room in the back and told it was quiet. Upon checking in two guys outside on bikes asked me for money. The room is very small compared to other Motel 6 hotels. The shower was the size of a camper shower, if not smaller. Two gentleman a few doors down were out all night selling drugs. Every 15 minutes a car pulled up and then left. I let the front desk staff know. She said she would pass it along to the owner. So, I didnt get any sleep and had to work the next day.

Negatives: There is a $40.00 cash return deposit. I explained to the associate this information is NOT on 3rd party booking and should be stated. If there will be this type of cash deposit they should provide an ATM for guests who arrive late whom then have to search for an ATM that charges an additional fee. Very disappointing!! Or change their system that holds a deposit for incidentals. Floors were not clean. Still could see stains from spilled liquids. Shower light flickering then goes out. Hand sink in bathroom ONLY had hot water. No matter how much we tried adjusting there was NO cold water. Granddaughter burned her hands when washing them which is what brought the attention to water issue. Toilet had poor water pressure. This room worth only for sleeping nothing but a disappointment. The fact the associate who was working when we checked out didnt bother to ask how are stay was set the tone for a huge lack of customer service. We have stayed here many times through out the years and this was the worst.

Negatives: The front Agent Angel (rude and not hospitable). After check in I asked for a towel and he claims he doesnt have any and calls his GM who confirms for him to go to the laundry and grab one. He comes to my room to give me a pillow case and says he doesnt care what I asked for because hes leaving (hopefully the company) and said the next person coming in shift will help me. Which they did easy as reaching behind the counter but Angel made it an absolute problem staying there.

Negatives: Everything! We asked for Queen bed Non-smoking room. It was a full size bed and they had Fabreezed and Lysoled the heck out of the room. It was sickening and strong. And the comforter smelled of cigarettes and had burn holes in the comforter.

Negatives: Too many cockroaches on the walls and the bathroom
