Perfect
Positives:
Great value for the entertainment available at the resort and nearby Fountain Hills. The food available in the resort was great and reasonably priced. We did not try room service. Lovely pool/Jacuzzi area and views. Amethyst Spa was wonderful and the staff there was very friendly and pleasant. Good tv channels available in the room. Got to take advantage of several promotions at the casino for food/drinks & play. Good checkout experience. Overall, a fun and relaxing time.
Negatives:
Greeting upon arrival was not pleasant and the front desk staff member ran through introduction of amenities and facilities available in one breath, so it was difficult to retain the information she gave. Rooms were underwhelming and beds were stiff. Refrigerator in the room was nonfunctioning.

Fun weekend getaway spot
Positives:
We were upgraded to suite #554. Lovely and comfortable and super quiet. Perfection. My only complaint was the coffee in the room. Not good at all. But thats a tiny lil thing. The room was heavenly. Comfy bed and the best pillows and super quiet and dark.

The entrance thru a casino. Not my thing. But I get it! Its a casino resort!!
