Wasn't told until check-in that deposit was required. Only BW hotel that required deposit during my stay in other 4 BW hotels during this trip.

Breakfasts were AMAZING! What an awesome selection, you'll be full! Pleasant and accommodating staff. Great location. In my room, some updates made. Most everything clean, temp controls worked great. All in all, I got good value.
Negatives:
The bathtub was frightening to step in and on. It was rough on the feet like sandpaper, while also somehow felt spongy, and looked dingy and dirty. Also, the TV in my room had VERY poor screen quality. The only 2 dings.

Positives:
Pillows were very comfortable and thick. Breakfast was nice, especially the eggs and sausage sandwiches.
Negatives:
The A/C fan in the room was incredibly loud. We had to choose between staying cool or being kept awake at night. A couple of nights we just sweated it out because the automatic turning on/off the air conditioning unit was so disruptive.

The location was good.Only about twelve minutes from my sons house

The air conditioning made noise the whole four nights we stayed there

I liked the location very close to the newly refurbished mountain park which meant that I could have excellent trail running opportunities each morning at daybreak. Additionally it isn't too far from the airport and sort of in the middle of Phoenix area.
Negatives:
Internet was on and off a few times, once for several hours and I needed to ask reception to resolve it twice.
I interacted with several reception staff and they ranged from excellent to a couldn't care less attitude.
If the norm for room cleaning is now thT it isn't provided unless you request it then maybe indicate that I would have needed to request it. When I finally did ask for a rom clean it never materialised, I stayed for 6 nights.

The room was not small and easily accessible, both room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was close to highway and easily reachable and well connected to get to downtown for dinner
Negatives:
The jacuzzi was dirty and the water was a bit smelly. The breakfast was a bit more or with few options, but ok.
