Wont even clean the bed properly, no tooth paste provided and everything we have to buy and water wont go to sink properly even in bathtub also in wash basin which is horrible thing, No cleaning at all as they do once a week.

When I got to the room, there was a nasty smell of smoke inside the room and I had to open the windows up all night. It still didn't get rid of the smell. Can't adjust the cooler and heater settings is a huge Minus.

They sprung a $5 per night parking fee that was not expected and in my opinion not necessary as parking lot was basically empty.

5) manager, who was not onsite, was supposed to contact me the next day to discuss problems and never called even after I phoned the property with a follow up call.
