Positives:
My daughter accidentally left an air pod in the bed and with one phone call, the staff was able to find it and save it for us behind the front desk until we were able to pick it up 3 days later. Great honest service.
Negatives:
The breakfast sausage was not good. Overcooked or sat too long. Like a hockey puck. And since I have a gluten & dairy allergy, that was one of the only things I could eat that they offered for breakfast besides fruit.

We stayed at this hotel two nights but not in a row. We ended up in the same room the second time, 2 days apart. The shampoo was empty both night, towels were not complete. Not friendly at check in, which isnt what we expect at the Hampton

Consistent quality- cleanliness, breakfast, ease of check in.
Negatives:
Breakfast clerk insulted me. I didnt have time for breakfast the 2nd morning of our stay. When leaving, I grabbed a few cereal bars. She made comments to make me feel guilty for taking those cereal bars. At $---plus/night really!?!
Positives:
Staff are very nice. Especially the 2 kitchen staff during our stay were very accommodating with our questions of what to see in the area as well as ensuring we enjoy our breakfast. Hotel is not in a very busy area so it is quite. It was a good choice to be our home base for our sightseeing trip to Phoenix, Scottsdale and Sedona. There's a Japanese restaurant near the area that we went twice because we loved their takoyaki. It's also nice that there is an outlet mall just across the street.

Positives:
The location was perfect for my needs, with plenty of amenities close by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The stay was seamless and I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area.
Negatives:
It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. However, there was a community microwave down in the lobby and this was easily accessible, so this issue was certainly not a deal breaker.

Positives:
The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The people there were nice. Food was your typical motel food.
Negatives:
There are no cameras in the parking lots and not any type of security around. Our vehicle was broken into and there is no way to see who or when it happened just overnight. The staff did help out as much as they could.
