Exceptional
Positives:
Nothing. Wish I could get my money back. Only stayed because it was so late.
Negatives:
The managers clearly didn't care if anyone checked in. Only moved quickly when it came to seeing their friends hanging around. It was clear they couldn't be bothered to fix things or communicate with us. It took us 40+ minutes to check in due to the "don't give a crud" attitude. Other manager didn't even come to help when called. Attitude matched the cleanliness of the rooms. A roach fell on me from the ceiling!!! And it's friends were under the tables. Between all that and the loud party crowd outside my door at midnight, I basically got no sleep for the long travel the next day. This place should be closed.

Poor
Positives:
There was access to some food options very close to the location
Negatives:
The facility is in utter shambles. This is probably one of the dirtiest, grimiest hotels I've seen in a VERY long time. The place did not feel safe (I'm a New Yorker of the last 20 years so that should tell you something). There were lots of "working ladies", unhoused individuals and folks that were acting erratically in the parking lot. The rooms themselves are old and extremely dingy with a broken latch on the door, stained curtains, broken fixtures, crumbling molding, mildew, cracks in the ceiling, water damage on the walls, yellowing linen, dusty shelves etc. I would not want anyone with OPTIONS to stay in this location, not to mention that due to NCAA weekend it was upwards of $350/night for uninhabitable quarters.
Positives:
Nothing. Super dirty
Negatives:
It was the worst place I've ever stayed at.
