Positives:
Room was clean and quiet, with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom had everything needed. The staff was nice and helpful. It is in a great location, walking distance of a lot of restaurants. It was cold in Prescott at night when we were in there, but the room has a nice heating / air conditioning. It is a bit loud but we switched off before sleeping anyway. We did not have dinner or breakfast there, so cannot give an opinion on the food.

Very small rooms. No access for disabled. Bed uncomfortable. Need staff to operate very old elevator and they were usually working the front desk.
