Positives:
Bed very comfortable. Rented 4 separate rooms, two for 3 days, mine for 2 days, and my cousin joined us for a stay. I came from Colorado, the other 4 who got 2 rooms came from Ohio and my cousin came from phoenix. Was a great family gathering.
Negatives:
There was no break in the cost of rooms and my brother told me I spent as much on my room for two nights while they stayed three nights. I feel I was overcharged for my room. The continental breakfast had no warm food unless you wanted to make yourself a waffle but you can imagine the line for a hot waffle deterred any of that.

Heater/ Air Conditioner was so quiet, my wife was happy for a change. Most of the time we can't use during the night.

I wish the room didn't have a shower head that was so restrictive. I realize water conservation, but it felt like taking a mist shower.

Housekeeping. Very minimal , emptied one trash can. Replaced one bath towel, one wash cloth and one hand towel. Did not replenish soap or shampoo.. bathroom floor was not clean when l arrived nor on check out. Lastly , the tub would not drain ( this is more maintenance than Housekeeping) I did report this to front desk.

Hotel and front desk gentelman was great. However booking.coms payment was declined and the hotel had to cancel and book us as a walk in. Had to pay more and had to pay twice. When I called they told be they are sending payment dispute to the hotel to see if they will cover but it wasnt on the hotel end. Now I have to wait 5 days and if i dont hear anything was told to call back. HORRIBLE.
