We loved the area and the walking path. It was quiet except for the workers redoing the hotel. It will be beautiful when they are done.

No restaurant as it was being remodeled along with the front desk area. I arrived after sunset and had difficulty figuring out where I should go. The signage was low to the ground and hard to see at night. No lighting on the signs either.

It is extremely convenient to appointments at Mayo clinic Scottsdale campus
Negatives:
Staff booked our room for their next guest right at our check out time. This made the schedule run tight for us. My appointment ran a little late at Mayo and staff were pressing us to check out. I arrived back at room and my family was packing and told they could wait for me in the hallway. This is uncommon as standard check in time is 4 pm which is 4.5 hours after we were able to get out of the room. Could have been handled a little better.
