The price. I needed a place to stay that was close to Talking Stick casino/golf course and this one fit the bill.
Negatives:
When I got to my room, there was no shower curtain on the shower and there was hair in the tub. The room also smelled a bit moldy/musky.
Positives:
Clean, quiet, location. Shaded courtyard with bunnies and quail was amazing. Staff was great letting us check in early so we could be on time for the baseball game. Landscaping was beautiful with various cacti. Everything worked.
Negatives:
Breakfast would be welcomed. Bacon and eggs are always good but not a deal breaker.

Very Spartan especially for more than $250 a night. No coffee is the room. Two towels. Very bare bones operation.

The rooms were clean and looked very nice

The walls are very thin. We could Hear everyone outside walking by and the people who next to our room talking. The pillows were hard as rocks as well.this hotel would be a good last resort choice

The wallpaper was falling from the walls.The room wasn't as clean as I would of liked, we only used one of the two queen beds, the one I saw had hair in the sheets. The bathroom is in need of serious repair. When showering the tub filled up with water.

Good price. Staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds around the hotel are nice.

Building is a little worn. Rooms are fine but can tell they may need to be some updates and repairs soon.
