The cleaning was a 1 out of 10. Toilet was clogged even after someone went in to "fix it." Around toilet and tub, there was pubic hair. Was really disappointing as my family and I had been on the road for many hours and were very tired .we had booked here because we usually stay at embassy suites for the breakfast, comfort, and cleaningness of the property

The drain in the shower didnt work - we had to clean out ourselves. It worked for two nights and then refused to drain again. Literally had to skip a showers the night before checking out. Housekeeping was hit and miss about refilling items each day.

Great location and decor was very nice. Pool was nice although we only stayed one night so didn’t use it. Room was nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast selection wasn’t great, parking was inconvenient, room needs more attention to cleaning detail areas such as corners, doors, etc ( dust and dirt collection) and no lock on the bathroom barn door.

Attentive staff. The food was outstanding. Lisa, the waitress at the 4th floor restaurant was excellent. Room was very comfortable.

Foremost, the key cards actually work! Nice room layout with lots of space. Happy hour reception was fun and breakfast options were plentiful. Great location with grocery stores down the street and easy navigation to anywhere in Scottsdale.
Negatives:
I found only one ice machine in the entire resort -- it was pretty far from the room. Bathroom door was difficult to close. Elevator was under repair, but a second elevator was just a few steps away. I stayed during an insanely busy weekend and parking was a challenge.

Tremendous Managers Hour - Great to have Bicycles for use. Pool areas excellent. Absolutely top of line desk staff at all hours - very, very helpful, friendly, etc.
Negatives:
Needs a system to assure rooms are tended to daily - if you are not going to clean the rooms each day, assure that supplies like towels, soap, toilet paper, etc is delivered - rather than making your guests walk from one end of the property to the other.
