Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

I reserved the room around 11:00 pm . Asked for late arrival. I arrived around 12:30am and was told the hotel was sold out. We converse
For awhile about other places to stay. Then I called booking.com about it. They tried to get me a different place to stay. No luck I asked about a cancellation fee and they told me there was none and I would be getting a refund back to my credit card. Ending in 2791. They also sent me an email confirming that there was no cancellation fee. So where's my $239.00
This whole matter has cost me so much time and stress. I need to get this resolved now.

Don't let this happen you...
Positives:
This property is obviously being used as a resource for the city county to house. Two times someone fell right outside my window, and once an ambulance had to come and it took an hour for the situation resolved. It all happened after 11 o’clock at night. The place looks like it was built 50 years ago and never renovated. Dirty toilets Rusted out pipes and woodwork. Verydisappointing.

Great location, cozy and clean apartment for good value of money. We did stay only for 2 nights but wish could stay longer.
Negatives:
We did enjoy our stay and there is almost nothing to add. Possibly could be some cutlery included to the apartment so no need to go and ask all the items you need for cooking. Otherwise everything is available at the reception for no extra cost.

The staff was nice and friendly.

the room was old and not well maintained. There was rust, water stains, ceiling water leaks, stained sinks/tubs, dirty doors and sticky floors. The room was supposed to be equipped with items to cook/eat, but we had to go tot the front desk and pick up a plastic container with the requested items (dishes, cookware, glasses, utensils, etc) instead of being readily available in the room. You had to take your used towels to the front desk to exchange them for new/clean ones. The room felt cramped. The fabric on rhe stools/chairs were torn. The furniture was old. I asked for an extra blanket and never got one. I asked for an extra pillow and I got one with no pillow case. The phone in the room did not work and we couldn’t reach the front desk. the lobby was closed for a late check in and when we arrived (at 1:45 AM) we had to come back after 30 minutes because they were running their nightly audit and their systems were down. Their credit card machine wasn’t working. Luckily, thanks to Booking, they had my card on file and ran it that way. We ended up leaving a day early because we didn’t want to stay there another (3rd) night.
