Location was easy to find, clean, quiet from outside noise. with ample parking, within walking distance of a good selection of eateries. Staff were friendly. Free bottles of water which was good because the tap water was not good to drink or use for coffee or tea.
Negatives:
The room heater was noisy. We had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Requires an additional $225 security hold on credit card for incidentals. That was excessive considering we had no extra charges. There was only one washcloth. I asked housekeeping for a few more but never received them. The soap dispensers were fastened so high on the wall, it was hard for a shorter adult to reach them.

The location was great and the staff was friendly. The location was away from the congested parts of Scottsdale, which was nice.
Negatives:
Was hoping for a hotel bar or restaurant, but there were some within walking distance so that was nice.

The free water bottles were helpful and the staff were nice. E-charging in parking is free for guests but only two chargers.
Negatives:
The breakfast was not edible. It was stale and cheap. Burritos were frozen and smelled. The pool was meh.
