Positives:
Once I figured out that the check-in system wasn't a scam, it was super easy to get all the info and into our room. The room itself was pretty basic, but it was clean and the bed was comfy. We had a private patio with chairs, which we loved. The pool was awesome. We were able to score some chairs in the sun and relaxed by and in their sparkling pool. The bartender at the pool was kind and helpful about us being sober and made us some soda waters with lime juice to enjoy instead of treating us poorly since we weren't gonna buy any alcohol. It happens to us all the time, but not here (:
Every interaction we had with Sonder staff was great. We felt welcomed.
The location is perfection if you want to walk around Old Town.

The room was nothing like the pictures your selling a lie the door frame was recently broken in not fixed properly could easily be broken into. High price weak room no a fair deal at all . Also I had to leave a day earlier and booking .com informed me that you were not going to refund that money for the day I didn't stay .I am extremely disappointed with this whole situation a will tell everyone and anyone how bad the stay was at your hotel . The vibe at the sonder is fabulous! Pool is amazing! Walking distance to great food and ice cream! Rooms are perfect! Employees are amazing! Best place to stay in Scottsdale in my opinion!

Positives:
Super walkable to Old Town shopping and Restaurants. Staff was very helpful when I needed to store my luggage, the bed was super soft and cozy, had a great little patio to the pool, and loved that everything was self-checkin and done by a code!
Negatives:
The shower head was old, disgusting and didn’t give off very good pressure. Our room had a lot of dings and patches in the walls but nothing that would have prevented me from staying there again. The worst part, that needs to be noted, was that all of the rooms seem to be connecting room style and the door was not sealed properly (I.e. you could see light coming through the cracks all around the door). Not sure if it was the door or the walls or both but we could hear every conversation of our neighbors like they were talking right next to us and not a whole room over. Unfortunately for us, they came in at 2am and talked until 6:30am, keeping us awake the whole time. To their defense, they were not talking loudly or shouting, that is how I know it had to be thin walls/doors. Also, they charge $15/day for parking with a giant lot.
