Negatives:
Hotel was disgusting. So filthy. Bedding not clean. Whole hotel needs condemned as its so outdated and filthy. Ive stayed in third world countries that are cleaner and cared for better. Zero pride in ownership of this hotel!

Nice place to relax
Positives:
Comfortable beds and pillows, perfect temperature hot tub, room was spacious with an intuitive design. The waffles were yummy, staff was really pleasant.
Negatives:
There was a dirty sock in the corner of the room when we checked in, there was a Capri sun straw in a drawer. There was a layer of dust on many surfaces in the room, like 1/8ths inch thick. The comforter smelled like someone. There were no towels when we got out of the hot tub, there was no soap in the shower and the towels were a lil rough, but great for exfoliating. The breakfast was severely lacking when I got there at 730am, the eggs were all gone so all I ended up eating was the waffles. The little bit of cereal could have been a possibility if you can stomach skim milk. The drink dispenser was out of order and directed you to find juice in the fridge, Sunny D and great value apple juice. Hunted down the ice machine to find the scoop on top sitting right on layers of dirt and water stains.

The cleanest of the room , The location, But the breakfast was just awful. The eggs had no flavor was cooking a crockpot with little water. There was no bacon, no sausage . Breakfast definitely needs to be cooked it needs to have some (taste it had none

The check-in process was quick & easy. The lady at the desk was nice. But the motel was awful so we did not stay. After walking up to the room & looking around, we immediately checked out.
Negatives:
The motel looks like it hasn't been renovated in 30 years. The furniture is old & dirty. The paint is dirty & peeling. The whole motel smells like curry. The alcove where the ice machine is supposed to be has a bunch of chairs stacked up. No ice maker.

Location is good.
Negatives:
Continental breakfast was very disappointing. Expected everyone to use same paper cup for Waffle batter. Coffee was empty all morning peanut butter was a big jar with everyone digging in it. Sunny D is not juice and milk was luke warm.
Positives:
Everything was satisfactory with the exception of the bed.
Negatives:
Bed was too firm. We like a soft bed. Did not sleep well.
