Rooms are worn out. They need a good deep cleaning. Bathtub, sink, toilette & beds were clean, but walls & carpeting need attention. Loose screws hanging from lights plates, scuff marks & dirt spots all over walls, toilette not fully secured to floor

I loved the design & the history (it was built by a Frank Lloyd Wright student (so I was told). - The staff was amazing! Location- people-free shuttle!

They ran out of cookies- the bathroom had no exhaust fan -also the shower/tub is dated…it was clean, but not clean & for that price-especially the bathroom—-clean…
Also the weird 50$ deposit… hold/strange-
The carpet needs updating & I think it just needs a refresh/ the grounds are lonely- needs 24 hour room service for sure!

The breakfast was very good except for the scrambled eggs. The room was large and comfortable.
Negatives:
The refrigerator was substandard, and my food kept getting wet from condensation. The shower curtain was ripped, but I was able to use it without a lot of water ending up on the floor. The noise from the airport was initially disturbing, but it was only a problem when planes were taking off in one direction. We were able to get plenty of sleep, because the noise was minimal except for the first night.

Been here many times with our friends. It feels pretty comfortable.

The decor is a bit tired and old. Furniture scuffed, Towels a bit threadbare, Toilet paper holder was hanging loosely from screws in the wall, Not nearly enough hooks to hang towels on.
Positives:
We had drinks at the bar and the service was wonderful.
Negatives:
The phone in the room did not work. When we would call the phone number to the hotel no one would answer. It just rang and rang. Very frustrating.
