Eggs were a little bland. But typical of hotel free breakfasts.
Negatives:
Kept running out of food and hot water. Dinners were of a very limited menu. And cook made the same mistake twice- kept the pesto I even though we did not want it. Got it right the third time.
Also, on the final day someone forgot the wake up call.

The mostly good stay

Hotel is located walking distance from the ASU campus which is very convenient.
The room was clean.
Breakfast was basic, but better than some other hotels.
Negatives:
Beds are too soft.
Parking not included and very expensive as if we were in the middle of a big downtown city or something. We were told this is required by ASU, but I don't buy it.

I noticed our room could have used a bit more attention to detail from the cleaning staff. The tops of the tile in the bathroom were very dusty and along the edges of the carpet had some crumbs left behind. But, overall, nice room.

The breakfast was adequate, parking was an extra $15.00 which was not disclosed on the Booking.com website (rather it says "Private Parking". Why wasn't the fee disclosed?
Negatives:
Parking was $15 which was not disclosed, room wasn't ready until 4:00. They gave us a room with one bed instead of two. We had to go back down and after being told "we are at peak capacity" (our reservations were made in October or November) we were given a room that had two beds. Front desk staff is less than helpful and for the price there should be someone helping with bags, etc. Rooftop pool is about the size of most hotel hot tubs...it's kind of a joke. This property is way overpriced and not worth the dollars.
