Very high pet fee. room was furthest from the entrance. I was in a leg cast and it was a really long walk to the lobby to exit. no curtain sheers. A person parked his truck in front of the room window and spent all day packing it and was very noisy.

The hotel is completely run down. The carpet was stained and gross. You couldn't hardly shut the door. The beds and pillows were awful. The elevator didnt work. The hotel needs to be completely updated. Absolutely not worth what we paid.

- flushing issues, took them two days to fix it
- power outlet on the desk lamp wasnt working, asked to solve that since I use the desk as my work space, my request was ignored
- the front desk was told that I need my room to be cleaned, they forgot for two consecutive nights!
- no hot water in the shower!!
