La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tucson Airport

Negatives: Beware!! We were parked in parking lot which has open small field full of desert brush. Thieves come up through this field at night & break into vehicles . They are pros & police told us it happens often .WHY HAVENT LAQUINTA PUT UP A FENCE OR WALL ??

Negatives: Long walk to room from parking lot. Difficult to find parking space. Not enough handicapped parking near doors.

Negatives: The cleanliness could be a little better. It's not really bad but some of the walls and carpet could use some attention. A few of the entrance doors around the property are somewhat tattered and should probably be replaced.

Negatives: A refresh of the linens and bedding could help spruce things up a bit. Cashless facility FYI.

Negatives: The entire facility was dirty and outdated. The breakfast selection was easily the worst we've ever had. We put towels outside our room on the 2nd day, they were picked up, but not replaced, we had to ask for more at the front desk. We stayed 4 nights and were told they wouldn't straighten the room until the 3rd day. Two of the ice machines were not working. The pool furniture was old and broken down and every one of the dining room chairs were ripped. Our room smelled like the sewer was backed up every time we entered it and the bathroom fan did not work. One of the doors to the bathroom would not secure nor would it stay shut. The elevator also reeked of cigarette smoke and was filthy. We definitely will not be staying again. It's one thing to be outdated, but completely another thing to be dirty.

Negatives: What did I just say above? You don't care anymore. Greed is apparent as is lack of customer service. We have been La Quinta customers for many years. you have lost us.

Negatives: The bathroom was dirty, especially the toilet. It looked like it had not even been wiped down.
