Positives:
Loved the onsite steak house which had delicious food, the lounge was also nice, and the complimentary breakfast wasn’t bad. The manager acting as hostess and bartender was phenomenal with her great attitude and attentiveness!
Negatives:
I thought it was strange to have coffee in the room, but no condiments for the coffee. We had to leave the room to go downstairs for cream and sugar. Also, would have been nice to have some bottled water for the coffee machine.

The staff at this property are absolutely horrible. Very rude from the second we walked in. We were on a road trip and wanted to cancel our second night and tried to do so 30 minutes out of their 24 hour cancellation policy and they would not budge or help us in anyway. It felt like anything and everything we did on the property they were watching us would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Left two messages with the manager, and she never returned my call once. The absolute worst Customer Service I have ever been involved with.
