The room smelled like puke, it absolutely reeked. There were not any wash rags or hand towels. The refrigerator was loud.

The aspect of the hotel looks very run-down. Poor outer maintenance. The rooms were pretty clean, the cleaning staff really does an amazing job in keeping the rooms clean and organized. However, the outer parts of the hotel are in real need of work.

It looks very unkept, the front office space is not very welcoming and smelled a little odd. Overall, I feel it was not worth the money I spent.

Easily accessible and close to all activities we came to attend. We also liked that it was pet-friendly.

Although the room was older and had not received any recent upgrades, it was not cleaned to the standards it should have been. Hair was in both the shower and sink, dirt was in all corners of the bathroom, and the carpet had rips, it needed major upkeep.

Nothing.. shower head broken and fell off on my foot, sauna wasnt working correctly, one side of the jets isnt working. Room plugs werent working, phone line didnt work. Lamp in separate suite had to turn light bulb to shut the lamp on/off.

Needed cleaned and updated. Beds were so bad.

HVAC in the room was noisy and ineffective. Cycled on and off constantly during the night, making it hard to sleep.

Extremely annoying that they keep the neon light on the whole night so the light filters through the window, and it seems that it's daylight. The faucet on the toilet has too much pressure, it is impossible to brush your teeth without getting splashed
