Good location. Rooms were clean. We have stayed here before.
Negatives:
We got there and the staff wasn't as helpful as our last trip to Yuma. They have been remodeling. There was no place to hang clothes. Apparently the rods were removed during the remodeling and they were not sure that rods were going to be replaced. We ended up hanging our clothes on the ironing board hooks.The refrigerator wasn't working and when we asked the guy at the front desk said they didn't have a person on staff to look at it. No one ever checked it. Unfortunately when we return to visit Yuma we will be staying elsewhere.

Discount because of the Quality of the room is good for people who can’t afford to have comfortable beds upgraded furniture upgraded TVs. Remember it’s discounted for a reason however customer service was awesome the rooms was as expected to be cheap looking location is good.
Negatives:
Get what you pay for want something to just sleep in and keep you warm and out of harms way this is it.. it’s not bad just don’t think your gonna get comfortable beds of flatscreen TV to watch
