The elevators were out of order, the soap to bathe with was TINY, the bed was too small for two people. Way Overpriced!!

The service was excellent, probably the best I've experienced in the U.S. market.
Negatives:
The toilet paper situation could use some work. If I stay for 3 nights, I think you should give me at least 2 rolls, possibly 3 since the TP you use is so thin. I'd rather not keep going down to the help desk to get more TP.
