They re 'pet friendly' and they kicked me out before my stay was over for having a pet at their pet friendly establishment after I paid a pet deposit they charged my card over 500 dollars and still haven't released the charges.

God it smelled awful!! They put us in a smokers room. The smell was awful. So we got another one. This one also smelled bad worse even. The pillowcases were bad with the stank smell. It was overall nasty. The door didnt lock, the tv remote didnt work as well as a plug in. Stay somewhere better

We booked a king room and even called to confirm they had one on the lower floor because we can't do stairs. We got there and they had us in a double queen room and did not have a king room available. That was irritating but the mattress was worse than the floor. Very uncomfortable. The maid knocked on the door 3 times before 11 and came back with the manager at 10:50 to ask if we were checking out. We stayed at a quality inn in Midland and it was a great experience. This place was not clean, was in poor repair, and they really acted like it was an inconvenience having us there. We definitely will not be back.

Didn't like that I was not accommodated. I had asked for the bottom floor smoking room. Was told no rooms on first floor. Was put on the second floor even though I am disabled. Room smelt like urine, bathtub would not drain, hole in ceiling where fan was and door jammed so I had to slam it. Asked for another room, the answer was no. Asked that the tub be repaired, he couldn't repair it. At this point, he started yelling at me and threatening to throw me off property. Again, I asked for another room and the answer was no. The police were called, and I was warned never to step foot on property again. Also, I was the one escorted off the property by police officers.
It's unbelievable that this person got to throw me off the property for his not wanting to accommodate my request. It appears he has anger issues that might have caused him to abuse me verbally and refuse to offer another room.
Left shocked by it all.

No breakfast was there, after being Told there would be. It was closed. Floors made our feet black and the baby couldnt crawl on it, his knees and hands got filthy black. So we couldnt let the baby down. Very nasty floors.
