Staff accuse me of stilling a pillow she ways it was 4 pillows in the room. I say there was only 3. Then the hotel staff charged my debt charge with out my consent $30.00

There was smoking on the premises, Im not a smoker so the smell was . The older lady on the morning of 8/5/2023 was extremely rude!! This is not a pet friendly place even tho advertised on the website. Never will I stay at a quality inn again!!

Everything was very nice except the bed. Loved the check in staff she was wonderful, friendly and very helpful.
Negatives:
The bed was way too soft for me to sleep comfortably. The night staff's knowledge of the English language was very limited and made communication difficult at best.
