Very good staff, nice facilities. I happened to walk past housekeeping/staff morning huddle, and it was impressive to see how seriously they take their jobs. Breakfast was excellent.

One of our blackout curtains didn't close properly. We only stayed for one night, so it wasn't problematic.

There was a party going on till 3:30 in the morning in the room across the hall and the staff did nothing to stop it. We were in the middle of the trip in National parks and were exhausted. The night was a nightmare.
